I hate that I haven't blogged. It's like, I feel so ashamed that I haven't been doing very well with my weight loss. I've been eating like a pig, and I haven't been exercising. I know I can do it.....it's sticking to it that I have a hard time with.
My friend started a weight loss journey blog and it was awesome reading her first entry. She's so excited and so realistic about it. I decided to follow her. Not just because it inspired me (a huge reason), but I thought I could help her as well. If she knows I'm following her, maybe I can serve as encouragement for her. If she knows someone's "watching" her, she'll be more apt to post, and if she knows she's going to "have" to post, she'll think about that when she's watching her diet, and exercising. She's really into zumba, which I'd like to try!
So, hopefully, she'll also follow me. It would be awesome to know that I have someone watching me, too. It would certainly be the "push" in the right direction that I need!!
