This morning I took the Zumba class that is offered at the gym I go to on Wednesday mornings. I was a bit disappointed. Some of it was pretty hard, but most of it seemed too easy. I left feeling like I didn't get a really good workout. So, I may change my training schedule a bit so that my cross training days would be on either Tuesdays or Thursdays. The classes they have on those mornings are hard aerobics classes (R.I.P.P.E.D and Boot Camp).
This morning, I plan to have some egg whites and toast (with margarine).
Last night I had some baked chicken and green beans. For some reason I decided not to eat any carbs, which is weird for me, as I'm trying to train for a race.
I'm still struggling with having all this Halloween candy in the house. I need to be way more self-disciplined! I should just throw them all away ...... hmmmm ..... how to explain that to my kids .....
